Can I still use my pet’s old Pet Passport if I avail the Premium Pets Membership?
Of course! Upon purchase, our staff will attach your new Gold or Silver Premium Pets Sticker on your Pet Passport. You can avail your perks at any Petlink Hospital branch.
My pet is an existing VIP Member, can I avail the new Premium Pets Membership?
You can avail the new Premium Pets Gold or Silver Membership once your old membership expires.
My pet is an existing VIP Member, can I still avail my VIP Perks?
Yes, of course! Your pet can still avail their old VIP perks until their membership expires.
